President<\/strong><\/h2>\n

At the helm of our company is Mr.<\/span> Urayoan Silva Rivera<\/strong>a passionate entrepreneur with extensive experience in electronic engineering and renewable energy. Urayo\u00e1n graduated with honors from the Technological Institute of Puerto Rico in Electronic Engineering and completed a degree in Unexploded Ordnance Technician at the University of Colorado (UXO GLOBAL). Additionally, he earned a Professional Certificate in Renewable Energy from Solar Energy International Inc., in Colorado, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Renewable Energies and Energy Projects at the European Center of Graduate Studies in Madrid, Spain. With over 15 years of experience in the development of resilience and community impact projects, Urayo\u00e1n is a dedicated advisor and mentor who has founded the Comprehensive Development Center. Fe Que Transforma<\/strong><\/a> in the Los Chivos neighborhood, the first community resilient center in Vieques stands, operating in a self-sustainable manner with solar energy, water, and communications.<\/p>\n

After the devastating hurricanes Irma and Mar\u00eda that affected the electrical infrastructure in Vieques, Mr. Silva initiated community workshops on renewable energy and collaborated in the installation of more than 100 off-grid renewable energy systems. To ensure the energy security of the island, he founded Vieques Solar Solutions, a 100% Viequense local alternative that promotes sustainable community development.<\/p>\n
